It is kinda misleading but not in a notorious or malicious way. There's nothing wrong with being able to be physically comfy BUT if you know where your limit is and you don't see it changing, someone has to step back and put up real "don't cross" borders cuz we all know how these things can go. Now if he decides to allow himself to be a cuddle buddy that's on him.
friends cuddling watching movies shouldn't be misleading.. if the friendship feeling is mutual... but if a guy really likes you like THAT... the slightest gestures... will be magnified!!! a simple phone call to say just to say "hey" .. means you been up thinking about him all day lol!... that sucks though cause he sounds like a cool friend.. but if you told him.. and he still doesn't get it.. he prolly wont! and he'll end up waiting for something thats never coming. and you'll end up meeting somebody who brings those butterflies ... and he is gonna be hurt...
but, he sounds all good with all his stuff together.. i low key wish you did have feelings for him lol!!
such a pretty smile. ok but anyway....i mean IDK. its good that u told him that u werent as into him as he was to you, bc u dont want to be misleading anyone. i personally think if he's digging u like this, then u should definitley just give it time. keep doing what yall doing just chilling, hanging out, nothing sexual & see where it goes from there. u never know u may start to like him more later on. i dont think its wrong for you all to flirt innocently bc he already knows what it is. so if his feeling get hurt or whatever thats on him bc u were honest from the get go.
i feel like you are leading him on. because even tho you keep telling him you are just friends, he has feelings for you. he is staying around hoping you change your mind. you need to keep distance if you are not going to pursue him.
