Because it sounds nice. Knowing full well they don't want the truth just like they don't want you to have the last piece of chicken.
But 9 times out of 10...THEY REALLY WANT YOU TO TELL THE DAMN TRUTH.

Don't tell me you were at X place when you were really at Y place.
Don't tell me you want to build something if you just looking to fuck around.

Let me know what the deal is and let ME make the decision if that's something I want to deal with...don't make that decision for me.

"Hmmm, funny, cause you lying right now...you haven't been out on no dates huh? Well who is (insert chick name here)?" -Me
"Huh? Um...that's just my friend." -Liar
"Funny, I don't know this "friend"...and funny how your "friend" is running around talkinga bout how yall go out to eat and meet late nights etc." -Me (still calm level voice)
"I mean I can explain...." -Liar
"Oh, you've explained enough...and so has she." -Me
"But..." -Liar
"But nothing, you fucked up...man up and accept responsibility." -Me
"But I'm saying...what about me and you?" -Liar
"What about me and you? Are you serious? We are DONE." -Me

All of this could have been avoided had the liar not been a liar! It's simple, tell the truth, you won't get caught up in a lie!
It's even more stupid when liars get caught lying to someone who would have been cool in the first place!
You just fucked up a good thing trying to be sneaky....thinking you was getting away with shit. Now you empty handed, blue balled, and looking dumb in the face. All over some damn falsehoods....sad.
Annnnnd just so you know fellas, women are WAAAAAAAAY better liars than yall ever could be, we will think of a lie down to what color panties we had on the day in question just because we are intricate like that.

I don't lie. Never have and never will. I don't see the point. I bet if I did lie i'd suck at it because it's just not something I do. And because I am the way that I am, I prefer a man who will always be honest with me. I've only run into one such man which is why he's always on call lol. Once you find someone like that don't let him slip away because they are way too rare.
We know women are better liars and conniving ass decievers lol thats why its either G.O.D,M.O.Bor just plain L.I.F.E(for some of the men out here)we put before women cause we know we cant trust a female regaurdless on how real or different she say she is so why keep it real with you when we know deep down you aint keeping it all the way real with us...So if he lied and you say you play that game better,and "lying 'pose to be wrong who's right?
