How young is too young to be home alone?My friend left her 6 year old daughter home alone all day (well from 8-4) and I for one was fucking mad at that! All because she had to go to school and didn't "have money to pay for daycare for the day" (though the bitch stays in new clothes, etc)
I would never leave my 6 year old at home alone for an hour much less a damned day!
I remember back in the day when I was like 7 my mom used to leave me home alone...but that was a different day in age.
I for one think 9 or 10 is a proper age to be left home alone. My son would have flipped the fuck out if I left him at home at his age.

Cool, I didn't think I was, but I had to check just to make sure. I was soooo hot at her for that! She made it seem like it wasn't hardly a big deal. ANYTHING could have happened to her daughter while she was gone!

yea 6 is way too young. I think 10 and up is old enough to be alone for a few hours. IF school is THAT important she should have taken the kid with her to school. It probably wouldn't have even been a big deal.
