Benita Crocker Episode Three

(Peep the presentation on that thurr....ya girl did dat!)

Okay....this is the easiest meal around....period.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken strips/cuts (whatever you prefer...I prefer oscar meyer's southwestern but any will do)
  2. Packet Fajita seasoning
  3. Chopped onions (optional)
  4. Chopped green peppers (optional)
  5. Nacho/taco cheese
  6. Shredded lettuce
  7. Taco sauce (I prefer hot)
  8. Sour cream
  9. Packet yellow rice
  10. Tortillas
Simmer chicken, since it's pre cooked it doesn't take long...I like to use a dash of butter cause...well I don't know...cause butter makes everything tastes good (how fat of me lol). Add green peppers and onions and simmer until veggies are soft. Add Fajita seasoning with one cup water. Cover and allow to cook another 10-12 minutes.

For the rice...boil water...open pack....cook it (depending on the package it'll be about 20-25 minutes)

The tortillas....there are three ways to heat them up...

  1. Microwave between two paper towels (whomp, whomp)
  2. Oven (I don't have all day)
  3. Stove top: Get frying pan, spray with PAM or other non stick agent LIGHTLY and then heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Done!

OH! And Nina, this is a quesadilla maker

I <3 mine like nobody's business....I'd make PB & J quesadillas in there if I thought they'd turn out tasting good.
