I decided a couple weeks ago I would start jogging. I decided I would jog the main road in my neighborhood, from entrance to exit...which ends up being about a mile and I decided to do this 4 times a week (at least) Monday-Thursday.
Now I figured this was gonna be hard work to stick to but boy was ya girl wrong! After one day I felt so energized and was ready to get back out there.
In one day I had fell in love with running!
I get Latarian (my blackberry), turn on slacker radio (to the plies station) and jog, and walk, and skip, and dance, and sing, and rap....and I have a damn good time out there at night all by myself...I find myself not wanting to come back in the house...and coming from me, that is most def saying alot...cause I hate to exercise.
I find myself sitting at my desk wishing I was out jogging, listening to music and saying, "That's a good song to run to" (Plies, Becky....it has a good beat!) ....or.... "This is a good cool down song" (Rick Ross, Maybach Music 2...pretty much all of deeper than rap is actually)
Not to mention in a mere 3 weeks of taking on this challenge I have lost 10 pounds (along with portion control...but I still eat eveything I ate before) and my ass....looks FABULOUS! I mean it was decent before trust...but it sits up a little higher, a bit more rounded...yeah, I looked in the mirror and said to myself "Wow...that's niiiiiice".
So call me a running fool I guess cause I certainly look forward to it!

you go girl!I'm trying to get up to running but for now, power walking while pushing the little one in the jogging stroller will work.
cool cool. i used to run 5 miles everyday (except weekends). but i just don't have time.
the one thing i am grateful for in this post. i find out who this "Latarian" is. i kept seeing it. and was like...why the hell she keep saying she gonna be on "Latarian". i thought you were just real horny or some shit. *smh*...glad i know when you say, i can't keep my fingers off "Latarian" you aren't talking about finger his booty-hole. just saying, that's nasty..
